How to install HEC-RAS

  1. Click Download — the developer's official website opens in a new tab.
  2. Download the latest version there and run it. Choose Custom/Advanced where offered, and skip any bundled extras.
  3. Prefer the command line? With the Windows Package Manager (winget) you can install and update it with: winget install HydrologicEngineeringCenter.HEC-RAS
  4. Open HEC-RAS once it finishes installing.
